In a statement, Pru-Life said the co-branded card has two variations – the Classic MasterCard and Platinum – that offer cardholders a free annual fee for the first year. In addition, the following annual membership fees are waived when the premium for the Pru Life UK policy is entered in the automatic billing function; zero percent down payment for three months on pharmacies and hospital bills with a minimum transaction of P3,000 and maximum of P50,000 per year; and discounts and offers on active lifestyle and health and wellness products.

Cardholders will also earn five reward points for each P50 spent on Pru Life UK transactions and one reward point for each P50 spent on non-Pru Life UK transactions.
